The Tiger Toilet faecal waste solution consists of a strong and durable toilet room and the Tiger biodigester attached to it. The system needs minimal maintenance and offers users a flush-and-forget experience. This ergonomically designed toilet is culturally appropriate for rural India. We offer the Tiger Toilet in reinforced cement concrete (RCC) and fibre-reinforced plastic (FRP).

The Tiger Biodigester
A flush-and-forget waste treatment mechanism
Our Tiger Biodigester uses our patented vermifiltration process to treat faecal waste. The Biodigester produces vermicompost, which accumulates at the surface. We offer the Tiger Biodigester for retrofitting and single-pit conversion. The product is offered in plastic (FRP) and cement (RCC).
- Ready-to-install Tiger Biodigester only requires a pit to be dug for installation.
- The rate of waste accumulation is slow – the Biodigester tank need not be emptied for up to 10 years.

The Tiger Technology
The Tiger Biodigester is made of layers of natural media that treat faeces. The media provides a bedding for waste consuming micro-organisms and composting earthworms. The faecal matter is consumed in the Biodigester and highly fertile humus is produced.
The Biomedia induces a ““trickling action”” to the faecal wastewater, which dissolves oxygen into it. Waste matter is thus purified by assimilation and digestion of organic matter in the bodies of worms and microorganisms, leaving behind clean, fertile, and odour-free vermicompost.
